The Industrial AirPress combines power and speed for fast evacuation of the largest bags and will run 4 of the largest bags simultaneously with the inbuilt 4 port manifold for multi-bag pressing of production components. The kit comes complete and ready for use with a 3200mm x 1350mm polyurethane bag and the 16m3/hr vacuum pump is fitted to a powder coated tubular frame and mounted on castors for mobility. Perfect for the industrial world where speed is needed!


Features:

  • High quality, dry running, maintenance free vacuum pump (16m3/hr) - fast and efficient.

  • Powder coated, tubular steel carrying frame mounted on castors for mobility.

  • Inbuilt 4 Port manifold for multi bag pressing.

  • Panel mounted vacuum gauge.

  • Ultra tough, flexible and seamless 600 micron polyurethane bag (3.2m x 1.35m), open both end for easy access.

  • 2 Extruded bag closures - eliminates the need for battens and clamps.

  • Aluminium hose connector with quick release non-return valve.

  • 2m reinforced flexible hose, fitted with anti-kink spring guards and quick release connector.

  • 3m breather fabric - prevents trapping air in bag. This system is capable of running 4 bags simultaneously, please go to the Accessories section to order extra bags, hoses and connectors.
