Our silicone membranes for our AirPress vacuum press systems are made from a high tear resistance silicone with very good elongation properties and a temperature resistance of 230°C.

The silicone membranes can be supplied up to a width of 1800mm and is perfect for pressing solid surface materials such as Corian or other acrylic material on our Self Assembly BenchPress or the BenchTop Press or for the veneering and laminating with the addition of heat.

Our Self Assembly BenchPress is proving extremely popular for customers wanting the ease of using a Membrane Press but don't want the expensive price tag that goes with it.

Specially designed by AirPress, the three piece extruded aluminium membrane frame with the unique pivoting cam extrusion for easy membrane fitting, complete with moulded silcone rubber gasket and rubber or silicone membranes is built with the quality you come to expect from AirPress products.
